How do I set up an account with you?

It’s easy! Just give us a call and we will set up your SimpleFile™ account user name and password. Then you’re ready to start uploading files for us to transcribe.

Are there any set-up fees?

No. There are no set-up fees to work with PC Transcription or to use our SimpleFile file management system.

How quickly will I get my completed reports?

We promise next day delivery of your completed work. However, in many cases, work is completed and delivered to you the same day we receive it.

In what format will I receive my completed reports?

You will receive your finished reports in Microsoft Word.

When and how will I be billed?

We will email your invoice every two weeks.
